Can I choose which flowers go in my bouquet?


You can use the order form to ask for particular flowers and we will try our best to include them, however, due to seasons and availabilty this might not always be possible, and we can never guarantee any flower. We choose the best blooms to bring you the best quality.




What time can I expect my delivery?


We do not offer delivery time slots. All deliveries will be done between 9am and 5pm on our specified delivery days of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The deliveries will be routed in the most efficient way. Any special time delivery requests will be taken into consideration, however, they cannot be guaranteed.




My postcode isn’t on the list? Can you deliver to me or can I collect?


If your postcode is not on the either of the delivery options then we do not currently deliver to that area. However, if you send us a message with your delivery details, we will see if it is possible for delivery on your desired day, but we can not guarantee anything.

We are a delivery only company and you can not currently collect.




The size option I want isn't on the order form. Can you help?


If you would like to have a bouquet larger than our XXL size then please contact us and we can arrange this for you.

Do I have to have the flower subscription every week?


No, the subscription is for a minimum of one delivery a month. So you can have it either every week, every other week, or once a month. It is completely up to you! The flowers will be delivered on the day of your choosing (except Sundays and Mondays) each month and this can be changed at anytime by email.
